To rent a seasonal lot at Golden Pond Estates RV Community Park, the seasonal cost is $1500.00

If the weather permits, our season is April 1st through October 31st.  RV’s may be left on-site during the off-season for an additional $250.00.  Payment must be made in full, prior to occupancy, unless other arrangements have been approved.  Proration of rates can be discussed, based on move in date.

No subletting is allowed.

Your site includes a 20×40 concrete slab, a picnic table, fire ring, water, sewer, cable television, underground sprinklers, garbage service, mail and lawn maintenance.

We are looking into wireless service but do not know if or when it will be available. You will be able to purchase an internet plan through the cable company, if you choose to do so.

You are responsible for your electrical costs. The meters will be read on a monthly basis and you will receive a bill.

Our Rules

You will agree to abide by the following established rules:

  1. Respect your neighbors and their rights, as you’d like your rights respected.
  2. Play music, televisions, etc. quietly enough so as to not disturb your neighbor.
  3. Disorderly conduct and offensive language are not allowed in the park.
  4. Clotheslines may be used if they are attached solely to the RV.
  5. Firewood must be purchased locally.
  6. Screen rooms without floors may be set on the grass.
  7. Do not park anything on the grass.
  8. Sewer hose must have a water-tight rubber collar.
  9. Small sheds and decks are allowed, as long as they are on the concrete slab.
  10. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am.
  11. All vehicles in the community must be in operable condition, with current license plates.
  12. Sites will be kept neat, clean, and presentable at all times. Porches or Covers are allowed with owner’s permission. Do not store flammable containers under or around your site.
  13. No fireworks or firecrackers of any type will be allowed in the park.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome.  Two (2) pets are allowed per site.  Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended.  Owners must pick up after their pets anywhere on the property.  If a pet becomes a nuisance, action will be taken up to and including eviction of the pet, if necessary, to resolve the issue.

The rules are subject to change and tenants will be notified in writing of any such changes.

Terms

Tenants will agree that they shall indemnify, defend, and hold Owner/Management harmless from any and all claims and damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising from their use of the RV spot or from any activity permitted by Owner/Management in or about the RV spot unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Owner/Management. Tenant shall further indemnify, defend, and hold Owner/Management harmless from any and all claims and damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising from any breach or default in the terms of this agreement or arising from any act, negligence, fault, or omission of Owner/Management and from and against any and all costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, expenses, and liabilities incurred on or about such claim or any action or proceeding brought on such claim. In case any action or proceeding shall be brought against Owner/Management by reason of any such claim, tenant, on notice from Owner/Management, shall defend it at tenant’s expense by counsel approved in writing by Owner/Management.

By signing a Lease Agreement, Tenant will agree to follow all of the Rules of the property. If Tenant is asked to vacate the property, they will do so immediately.

Golden Pond Estates, LLC Owners and Management or its employees and associates are not responsible for any damages to private property (Recreational Vehicles or any type/kind), any other type of private property. Owners/Management are not responsible for any kind/type of personal injury to guests/visitors, etc. that occurs on the property owned by Golden Pond Estates, LLC.
